Inez and Jared met in Australia and were keen to evoke some of the Australian vibe into their wedding day. They chose the New England feeling Aldwick Vineyard for their wedding day and wanted a florist who would bring a bit of the colourful and quirky into the flowers, much like the popular florists in Australia. Despite the wedding taking place in Summer Inez wanted a more autumnal colour palette, so we used dahlias and seasonal summer blooms in more dark burgandies, rust reds and burnt oranges. The flowers were complimented and set of by a lashing of smoke bush which really added a misty backdrop to the vibrant autumn colours.
For the ceremony the couple wanted to create some sort of archway, but not too formal for their humanist ceremony, so we chose to do two pillar arrangements and bring in an asymmetrical design with the flowers on them. These later were moved behind the top table to frame the speeches.
The tables were filled with out coloured glass bottles and we packed these full of gorgeous seasonal blooms and weaved foliage in between.

"My husband & I had the most amazing experience from start to finish with Jen from Goldfinch Floral Studio. From our first meeting we felt confident that she knew exactly how to create what we were looking for - even though we struggled to articulate it at times! We were so grateful for her flexibility and patience as we changed our minds about certain elements of the wedding. It was all set up seamlessly on the day itself. The end result was absolutely gorgeous, even better than we had imagined! We had countless complements from the guests and it's one of the things I will remember most from whole day. We can't recommend highly enough, thank you Jen!"
