Loaf Bakehouse

Our heads were fully in the clouds with this project. I was very excited to be asked to make some dried arrangements for my favourite cafe in Wells. The owners were pretty flexible with what I did so I proposed these three clouds using all the colours that this quirky cafe used in their decor. Rather than sticking with ‘ball’ shapes I used flat metal grids bent into soft waves to form the mechanics and filled these with dyed moss before adding sprayed gypsophila, palm leaves, pampas and dried amaranthus to the forms. At Christmas we came back and added to the dried theme with a very large wreath in all natural and white shades.
