Heather and Christian's wedding at Pennard house was a dream from start to finish. Each detail was beautifully thought through by the couple. Heather and Christian settled on a nude palette with pops of toffee and minimal green. We used three types of premium garden roses to create subtle tone on tone variation - Westminster Abby, Quicksand and Menta and contrasted these pale shades with one of our favourite Toffee rose.
Heathers bouquet was nearly all roses with a couple of sweetpeas and butterfly ranunculus dotted through. We created a modern 'M' shape bouquet for her and finished it with a nude silk ribbon.
For the outside ceremony we lined the aisle with meadow troughs of flowers and a sprinkling of rose petals. At the Pergola we created two beautiful 'wings' of pampas grasses, bleached ruscus and roses. All the ceremony flowers were reutilised for the reception; The meadows were grouped together at the base of the staircase in the barn while the pergola flowers were attached to the big barn doors.
For the dinner the couple opted for elegant bud vases with single variety stems mixed in with tapered candles in glass and brass holders and we filled the beams of the barn room with stunning mock orange to offer a greenery covering with a delicate flash of white.
