Christmas Cake Decorating Workshop with The Cottage Table

Join us at Goldfinch studio this Christmas for our Christmas cake decorating workshop. Spend an evening sipping on mulled wine and eating delicious treats while decorating a beautiful gnome cottage themed Christmas cake.

Choose between either a brandy soaked, 6 inch wild cherry and hazelnut fruit cake or a brandy cherry and chocolate fudge sponge, you will spend the evening learning how to wrap the cake in marzipan using the panelling method, before coating it in rolled fondant and decorating with a mixture of royal icing, fondant and sprinkles.

The course includes everything you will need to decorate your very own Christmas cake , as well as a box to take it home in.

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to get in the festive spirit while brushing up on their baking skills.

Please bring your own apron.

Places are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the workshop. If there are insufficient numbers for the workshop to go ahead you will receive at least 3 days notice and a full refund.
